*Hands-on advocacy for your child targeted at getting them what they need in school – Turn over all your concerns about your child’s educational needs to Ms. Hertog; she will handle all phone contacts, letters, emails, and required forms with school personnel, any and get them to start serving your child’s unique needs.
*Let Ms. Hertog sit at your side and passionately advocate for your son or daughter in your next school meeting; she will prepare an agenda to distribute to all personnel, explain special ed. jargon to you and do her absolute best to get your child what he or she needs.

Allison Hertog, one of only a few attorneys in the country with a masters degree in special education, provides phone consultations nationwide to select parents of disabled children. Ms. Hertog, a passionate and dedicated child advocate who struggled with learning disabilities herself as a child, will give you individualized and effective advice and strategies to improve your child’s education.
Ms. Hertog’s has advocated for students at dozens of school (IEP and 504 Plan) meetings in South Florida where her practice is located, and has spoken nationwide about various education issues. Earlier in her career she taught disabled and mainstream students at public and private schools in New York where she is also licensed to practice law.
